- new FreeRTOS-Cellular-Interface API function [Cellular_GetRfFunctionality(), can be used to improve Quectel FLASH service life]
- new FreeRTOS-Cellular-Interface API function [Cellular_GetRequestedPsmSettings()] to get desired PSM config settings (previously could only retrieve network specified PSM config settings, can be used to improve Quectel FLASH service life)
- new FreeRTOS-Cellular-Interface API function [Cellular_SimAndRfOff(), can be used to improve Quectel FLASH service life]
- new FreeRTOS-Cellular-Interface common function [Cellular_ATCommandRawTimeout()] so that raw AT commands can specify a custom timeout
- added CEREG parsing to support =4 (PSM parameters)
