Overview
Release 2.1.1 bumps the plugin and package versions everywhere they are declared (main plugin header, BLOCKPARTY_FAQ_VERSION, .plugin-data, package.json / lockfile, readme.txt stable tag, and all nested block.json files).

Changelog and readme call out front-end performance work that reduces main-thread script blocking time (no other functional or schema changes appear in this diff). The FAQ block metadata files only pick up the version bump plus minor JSON formatting (multi-line parent, usesContext, and headingLevel enums).
