✨ What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update...)

Release prep for flutter_cache_manager 3.4.3 (version bump + changelog).

⤵️ What is the current behavior?

CHANGELOG.md's [Unreleased] section holds entries accumulated since 3.4.2 (a bug fix plus CI/tooling/docs/example-app maintenance), and pubspec.yaml is still at 3.4.2. The existing [3.4.2] heading is also missing its release date.

🆕 What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?

The [Unreleased] entries move under a new, dated ## [3.4.3] - 2026-09-15 heading, pubspec.yaml is bumped to 3.4.3, and the [3.4.2] heading's missing date is backfilled.

💥 Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No.

🐛 Recommendations for testing

Ran dart format --set-exit-if-changed ., flutter analyze, flutter test (107 passed), and dart pub publish --dry-run locally — all clean aside from pre-existing dry-run warnings unrelated to this change (gitignored-but-tracked example files). CI will re-run the same checks.

Includes the fix for #491.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Moves the Unreleased changelog entries under a dated 3.4.3 heading and

heading.
