Reduce compiled assembly size reduction for embedded targets

The assembly generated with -Os has Rtti and IOstream elements that cannot beremoved without modification to Sub0Pub.hpp

minimal version of sub0pub is were removed in experiment on code-explorer here:

Note: Rougly 4- assembly instructions per subsequent subscriber the the same signal

Primarily:

• Create minimal example wihtout std::cout messages
• Make typeinfo usage optional
• Explicit include isteam and ostream instead of iostream
• virtual ~Subscribe() unecesary as shall not be deleted from subscription
• CheckT assert/exception debugging options not removed at compile time
