UPDATE : Twitter finally added a volume bar to their video player. This extension is not useful anymore. Thanks for the support.
Adds a volume bar to native Twitter videos.
No support for Vine videos.
To use this Google Chrome extension, clone this repo and use 'Load unpacked extension' with it, or just install the extension from the webstore.
