A simple trophic transfer index predicts spiny lobster fishery dynamics

This repository contains data and codes to reproduce the analyses of the paper A simple trophic transfer index predicts spiny lobster fishery dynamics doi:10.1038/s43247-026-03823-2.

The study proposed a new trophodynamic index combining production and trophic transfer efficiency that successfully anticipates fluctuations in the Caribbean spiny lobster population at Bermuda.
