Description
Fixes async invocation failures when
PYTHON_ENABLE_OPENTELEMETRY=true.The v1 / v2 runtimes marked OpenTelemetry as enabled without initializing its context API and trace-context propagator, causing:
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'extract'This change initializes OpenTelemetry during worker initialization and environment reload & safely no-ops if context propagation remains unavailable.
