We have an open PR with some fixes and improvements to the deployment process, we are working to merge that into main, but if your review is faster than us, please check microsoft/healthcare-ai-model-evaluator#34 As a side note, would someone be able to point me to the process to get this template also featured in the AI App Templates gallery? |

Yes, do you have a pipeline run or a test run shows provision/deployment is successful? If not, we need to ask manual test team to test the template. |

@hemarina Apologies, just came back from holidays. We don't have a running pipeline with provision and deployment, it would be great to coordinate with the manual test team if possible, I'm happy to support as needed |

@sashimono-san Issue45 has not been fixed yet. In addition, after re-testing based on the latest code, we found 3 new issues. Please review.

Architecture Diagram or Application Screenshot - The image should include all services and their connections (example). You should add the image to the

Author's Name - Name to credit on the gallery card
