Records the completed v1.0.0 release: annotated tag, protected PR/main checks, exact GitHub-to-Sites tree mapping, successful platform version 13 deployment, and read-only production availability/RSS/admin checks. Archives the earlier candidate and v12 records so future maintainers can distinguish historical snapshots from the published release.
Documentation only; production application code remains the v1.0.0 tagged tree. No additional deployment, schema, secret, DNS, mail, subscription or schedule operation. Preserves the documented eight moderate advisories, narrow bundle margin, browser evidence scope and network/tracking limits. JSON, relative links and diff validation passed; required verify remains enforced before merge.
