Record the completed Sites v15 deployment and exact-source mapping after protected PR #9 and main checks passed. The explicitly authorized owner-only, no-send release returned public role and an independent status read confirmed it; ordinary signup and mailbox confirmation remain the reader action.
Keep synthetic 115-test/browser proof separate from production HTTP/native proof and real email acceptance. Preserve environment revision 12, public access, MCP, two schedules, quotas and v1.0.0. v1.0.1 tagging remains blocked on user acceptance. No private recipient address, signatures or secrets are included.
Validation: JSON/local references/diff checks passed. Documentation only; required verify remains mandatory and this receipt does not redeploy Sites.
