PRs into dev contained all info we needed. They have already been reviewed. If you've got this far we're in good shape!

List PRs

List the PRs that made it into dev that are waiting to be pulled into main:

• PR fix(#22): Fix effort displacement for forced effort fisheries with MPAs  #29 which fixes Effort displacement does not function for forced effort fisheries with MPAs #22
• PR Fix BiTAC_sp memory allocation #5 which fixed a bug (no issue was created for this)
• PR refactor(#54): print version release to console #55 fixes update printing SVN content with GitHub release #54
• PR Correct quit statement for Temp maternal transfer #62 (no associated issue)

Types of changes

What types of changes does code introduce? Put an x in the boxes that apply.
This will inform the new release number.

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)

Reviewer instructions

The underlying PRs should already have been reviewed.

The CHANGELOG.md will need to be adjusted to account for the bug fix
