This pull request introduces enhancements to the original Streamlit dashboard

🔧 Key Modifications:

• Improved app layout and section structure using Streamlit containers
• Added emojis and headers for better user experience and visual clarity
• Replaced deprecated @st.cache with @st.cache_data
• Implemented input text box with live response display
• Added bar chart with hourly pickup visualization
• Integrated interactive map filter by hour
• Included a placeholder section for future ML model training
• Deployed app on Streamlit Cloud for instant access without local setup
• Updated README.md with app features, technology stack, and acknowledgments

🎯 Purpose:
To modernize and personalize the application for learning and presentation purposes, while maintaining full credit to Dr. Athar Kharal for the original instructional material.
