Proposed design for the unified web UI: Workbench layout (left rail · main · inspector), Observatory dark theme (near-black + luminous teal, Inter + JetBrains Mono), aimed at solo-dev exploration and making rig's agent token-savings visible (the 🔥 Activity view + a 'files not read / tokens saved' tally). Includes design tokens, IA, and a 5-phase build plan. Direction approved; implementation phased.
