服务端 /version > 本机 CLIENT_VERSION时触发；不少机器已在 0.1.18，不 bump 就拿不到 viewer。bump
package.json0.1.18 → 0.1.19，部署后全队sync会在每日自检时自动拉到带brain viewer的新客户端。无代码改动、无新依赖。
