Replace the README Mermaid diagram with a hand-drawn SVG architecture image and link its editable Excalidraw source. The diagram covers the local auction path, Redis bid distribution, background DSP refreshes, and optional monitoring. Validated the SVG and Excalidraw files and checked the staged diff for whitespace errors.
