Just place ieexoexplorer_x64.exe (64 Bits) or ieexoexplorer_x86.exe (32 Bits) in your desktop and launch it, it will automatically open Internet Explorer for you.
Auto-capable / Portable, you don't need to install any .NET bullshit, everything needed comes embedded in the executable, so you can run it anywhere without problems.
Company Execution Policy, computers in my company have restrictions, so i can't call IE directly from a VBS script and also can't give user too much access, so i made this little launcher to help me open IE without problems.
It runs without admin privileges allowing us to call IE without struck the UAC Domain barrier.
