But 서버에 새 알림이 생겼는지 자체는 로컬만으로는 알 수 없어서 알림 보관함 진입 시 현재의 목록을 읽음 처리 하고 -> AlarmId 저장 -> 이전에 읽은 알림은 회색, 새로 들어온 알림은 흰색 처리 => 읽음 처리 api, 읽지 않은 알림 존재/개수 반환 api 필요할 것으로 판단
