feat: wire running service details to real status

Summary

• Migrate the right-side running service UI to service cards plus a dedicated detail modal.
• Wire detail data to real backend status: actual image, launch config, runtime state, and Docker NVIDIA GPU memory attribution.
• Fix detail modal request races and preserve heavy status fields from lightweight list polling.

Validation

• go test ./internal/runtime ./internal/k3s ./internal/ui ./cmd/aima
• Inline script syntax check for internal/ui/static/index.html
