The atom side of AppThreat/chen#187.
--suggest-defines <file>: writes the macro census to<file>.jsonand a reviewable--macro-filesheader,<file>.h, then exits without building an atom. Combined with--auto-defines, it writes the report and continues.--auto-defines: defines the census's auto-tier macros before parsing. It is applied on every C/C++ frontend path, including-l h/hpp/i. For other languages it prints a warning and is ignored.--frontend-argsnow merges: it overrides only the keys it names instead of replacing the whole map. Before, it silently dropped--define,--include-pathand the census flags when it came after them.Tests: 98/98, including
MacroCensusCommandTests. Needs chen#187 published first.
