About The Pull Request

Updates the Police Station armoury, rejigging it's interior high-risk area alongside adding some additional fun tools for players to use (Auto-Sniper, smoke grenades, battering ram, riot armour, etc). Also adds a PD vendor for utilities, for misc stuff that can't be found in the main armoury like clothes or chalk.

Also adds riot armour, high melee damage protection at the cost of being weaker at everything else, still pretty strong so it's sealed away in the armoury. Also updates the sprite for the regular helmets to have no visor.

Why It's Good For The Game

PD has been needing an update for a while, there's a load of content for them that is flat out inaccessible or unused, like the battering ram. Also it's cool.

Riot gear and non-visored helmet has been requested beforehand.

You make a buncha non-modular changes! Anything bdesides the map rn that your touching is a darkpack file, i would go read the modular guide or even just upstream it to darkpack since this seems fine for that.
