Problem

materialize-3d runs PR kit v67, while the kit source is at v84. Each PR edit or push queues another PR body contract run, and stale runs hold slots on the repo's two Linux runners. On PR #201, a 10-second body check waited 13 minutes behind runs for a replaced head.
