ci: run Linux jobs on hosted Ubuntu and stop uploading GitHub artifacts - #107
ci.yml and pr-kit.yml target [self-hosted, linux, dev-substrate], a runner the homelab rules forbid on VM 125. The gitleaks and iOS jobs upload artifacts every run, 150 MB per iOS run. This repo is public, so hosted Linux and macOS minutes are free.
openai/gpt-6.1-sol isn't in OpenCode's catalog. Pick another model wherever this repo sets it: the Pullfrog console, the workflow's model input or the PULLFROG_MODEL variable. OpenCode suggests gpt-5.6-sol, gpt-5.6-sol-fast or gpt-5.3-codex-spark.
OpenCode's response
opencode prompt failed: {"name":"UnknownError","data":{"message":"Unexpected server error. Check server logs for details.","ref":"err_727abf26"}} — likely cause: Model not found: openai/gpt-6.1-sol. Did you mean: gpt-5.6-sol, gpt-5.6-sol-fast, gpt-5.3-codex-spark?

Runner and artifact changes .github/workflows/ci.yml, .github/workflows/hush-ios.yml, .github/workflows/pr-kit.yml
The secret-scan, check, and body jobs now use ubuntu-latest. The gitleaks report and iOS test-result artifact-upload steps were removed. GITLEAKS_ENABLE_UPLOAD_ARTIFACT: false remains configured.
Issue 99 reports Linux CI tests that fail on tmpfs but pass on disk-backed GitHub runners. The runner changes may affect this environment-specific behavior; the diff does not show test-specific changes.
Merge Risk: Minimal · previous review e61d0
The workflow changes are mergeable; the existing npm validation gap should be corrected separately.

Reviewed changes
Reviewed the incremental change from e61d015 to 39374ca, with the complete PR diff as context. No prior Pullfrog review was available.
Installed the PAM build prerequisite: Added libpam0g-dev to the hosted Ubuntu check job before bun run check, satisfying bws-tui's explicit PAM link dependency.
Validation: all three workflow files parsed successfully, all ten inline Bash blocks passed syntax checks, and the PAM installation precedes repository checks. The new installation step succeeded on hosted CI at this head; full checks were still running when inspected.
