rs.process() hanging in `flush`

I use an externally powered LMS-ESP32 with your MicroPython 1.25.0. When the Spike is starting it sends some LPF2 packets. cleaning up these unknown packets on the LMS-ESP32 sometimes hangs in flush. Copilot said that read() can hang if called without size. I couldn't find real evidence for this, but changing to read(1) solved the issue

    +        self.uart.read_all() if _IS_PYBRICKS else self.uart.read(1)

I will check again after syncing my fork
