Expanding the Functional Atlas of Human Enhancer RNAs Beyond the Nucleus

eRNAkit is an integrated research platform for studying enhancer RNAs (eRNAs) as functional regulatory molecules. It combines harmonised reference annotations, large-scale functional genomics datasets, computational methods and interactive tools into a unified framework for eRNA biology.
The platform is organised into research modules, each addressing major biological or computational challenge.

A transcript-resolved catalog of human eRNAs generated through pan-transcriptome reconstruction across diverse human tissues, cell types and subcellular compartments (n=121). The resource provides strand-aware GTF annotations, enabling isoform-level investigation of eRNA processing, localisation and function. .. more

TranCi, a framework for prioritising human non-coding enhancer variants by integrating eRNA expression with experimentally derived eRNA–mRNA interaction maps. It links genetic variation to downstream regulatory consequences, enabling discovery of functional regulatory variants beyond sequence- and chromatin-based annotation. .. more

An emerging resource profiling eRNA responses across cellular stress and physiological perturbations, providing a platform to understand how post-transcriptional eRNA functions contribute to adaptive regulatory programmes in cellular homeostasis. .. more
