eRNAkit is an integrated research platform for studying enhancer RNAs (eRNAs) as functional regulatory molecules. It combines harmonised reference annotations, large-scale functional
genomics datasets, computational methods and interactive tools into a unified framework for eRNA biology.
The platform is organised into research modules, each addressing major biological or computational challenge.
