The consultant kept Alertmanager and alert rules out of phase 2, while the earlier plan had them as step G8 and criterion K7. The decision is to follow the consultant: G8 and K7 move to phase 3 and keep their numbers, and the README roadmap lists them. The two alerts that matter most stay in phase 2 without Alertmanager: the outside check of the endpoint and certificate (F1, K5) and the backups' dead man's switch (F2, K3).
