The plan opens with the result: the goal is met, with the figures that show it (merge to live in 6 min 46 s, no failed requests during a rollout, a broken release rolled back, no stored credentials, a rebuild drilled), over 60 pull requests and 89 findings. The list of deferred work gains what parts B to D left on purpose, ordered: the dates on which accepted scanner findings expire and the first certificate renewal falls; what must happen before real users (Postgres backups with the k3s credentials kept apart, expiry and outside monitoring, monitoring in production); security and supply chain (arm64 and cert-manager image scans, secretbox, JWT key IDs); and platform work (k3s 1.36, dual-stack, matchmaking without Recreate).
