Adds a
TaskPoolclass for offloading tasks like chunk decoding and assembly from the main thread.Also introduces a
BorrowGuardclass for typed arrays that may be temporarily transferred to a worker for processing. When aBorrowGuardis used in the arguments to a task, the contained array is automatically transferred to the worker (rather than copying), then transferred back to the main thread and returned to theBorrowGuardwhen the task is done.
