Isolated spike tooling (scripts/spikes/), unit tests, and the sanitized measurement report. Real Dev Ledger installation token verified blame, history(path:), and trees all work under existing contents:read on public and private repos; no source, blobs, patches, clones, or persistence. Measured: blame is flat 1 pt even at 50 aliases; deep-history unlinked rate ~28% on mature repos; rename boundary behavior characterized.
