Description

Public ProviderSandbox lifecycle help advertised removed parameters and alias agreement even though those calls are rejected by the actual signatures. Correct the four original docstrings and their copied synchronous help, including the nonexistent kill_by_id sandbox_domain entry. Preserve every signature and executable statement; standard Sandbox/AsyncSandbox ApiParams remain unchanged.

Refs #124. Prepare lockstep client/server 0.4.0a4 for immutable package delivery. Maintained installation recommendations remain genuinely public a3 until a4 publication/readback succeeds. Historical evidence is unchanged.

• Change only the two package versions and client exact paired dependency to candidate a4; no aliases or runtime changes.

Testing

• New regression 12 passed; focused lifecycle/standard suite 101 passed.
• All 12 signatures match public a3; 24 actual old-keyword calls reject before network access; executable AST unchanged after excluding docstrings.
• Full client: 2277 passed, 26 skipped, 10 integration tests deselected.
• Full local server: 878 passed, 2 previously observed local raw-HTTP failures (501/502 versus expected 400), retained without weaker assertions. Required remote matrices remain mandatory.
• Both packages lint, format and mypy pass; health 106 passed/1 warning/0 failures, hygiene/diff pass.
• Four builds, distribution checks, fresh combined-wheel installation/imports/pip check pass.
• Actual installed-wheel local HTTP health, authenticated shell/file round-trip and owned-process SIGTERM/independent absence pass.
• Versions remain in lockstep.

Checklist / Definition of Done

• Scoped regression, bilingual docs, changelog, proposed owner note and verification included.
• No credentials or private resources in changes.
• Real component test uses actual candidate-wheel HTTP server/client and owned cleanup. No cloud/model/catalog test claimed for prose; earlier a3 cloud evidence keeps its original version.
• Exact reviewed head 5b91f5d: all 13 checks SUCCESS; independent source/receipts review passed. Normal merge checked separately.
• Immutable a4 release, preserved/public artifact hashes and fresh official install; Issue docs: align ProviderSandbox parameter docstrings with current signatures #124 remains open until these are actually delivered.
