Description

Both offline fixture Dockerfiles required an absent local wheel before an unversioned fallback could run. Install public server0.4.0a2 directly from official PyPI and remove that second path. Correct the agents README's omitted-adapter response to200/default. Fixes #119.

• Existing CI builds both unchanged fixture images, checks actual guest version/imports and HTTP health/business route, then independently checks owned container absence.

• Public a2 healthcheck contract inspected.
• Health/hygiene/diff gates pass.
• Actual Docker image build/HTTP/cleanup: required current-head CI; no Docker available on author host, so not claimed locally.

• No credentials or cloud resources; model execution is outside this image smoke.
• Required CI and independent review before merge.
