🔍 풀이 방법
priorityQueue 사용
우선순위 큐를 양수, 음수 2개로 만들어서 M개마다의 최댓값을 구해서 answer에 더해줌

제일 마지막꺼는 갔다가 안돌아와도 되지만, 다른거는 갔다가 다시 0으로 돌아와야 해서 2를 곱해줘야 함
