소형기관차에 사람들을 태우는데 최대 인원수는?
🔍 풀이 방법
dp[i][j]: i번째 기관차에 j번째 칸수를 고려했을 때 담을 수 있는 최대 인원수
로 상태 정의를 해서 풀었다. 기존에는 arr는 누적합으로 표현했다.
