Summary

This PR replaces the Ellie README with a premium production-SaaS documentation system and adds a reusable Markdown README template for the rest of the portfolio repositories. The new README presents Ellie as a full SaaS platform with product narrative, stack visibility, architecture, setup, operations, validation, deployment, governance, and release-readiness sections.

Validation

  • pnpm format:check
  • git diff --check

Scope

Documentation-only update: README.md and docs/templates/SAAS_README_TEMPLATE.md.
