It was a lot of `self._state.blah` and I don't see much value in it at the moment. Making character a broadcaster feels right for consistency's sake though.

Where it makes sense I have split up/moved files into
src/dusted/{models,views}/. Hopefully a clearer split between "the state of the application" and "the way the application looks" will make it easier to make changes going forward. I think this is starting to resemble something like MVVM, though without the VM bit.
