Quantum Bell State

Simulated a Bell state circuit locally using Qiskit's Aer simulator, then validated the result on real IBM Quantum hardware (ibm_kingston) via Qiskit Runtime.

Demonstrates quantum entanglement — measuring one qubit determines the other's outcome, shown by the exclusive 00/11 correlation.
