kb: notes for Java generics fix and kb-view esc test (#178)

Publishes the two notebook notes written while doing #178, via `coldstart kb commit` (only `.raw/` logs, no code).

• `src/indexer/extractors/java.ts`: the nested-generics bug in `stripGenerics`, the call sites feeding same-package edges and extends/implements, and why the probe's resolution ratio moved mostly because junk names left the unresolved count (watch total edges).
• `tests/kb-view.test.ts`: the `esc` test pulls the `const esc = ...;` line out of the viewer template's source text, so it depends on that line staying on one line.

Notebook-only, so no issue.
