Adds a basic login setting using the site's wp_manga_signin form, with logout handled through the login notification. Locked chapters are marked with Chapter.locked, and a chapter that still asks for a login triggers one automatic re-login (at most once per 10 minutes) before failing.
Chapter images put their address in data-src and have no src attribute, so reading data-manga-src first dropped every page and left the reader empty. Parse .reading-content img.wp-manga-chapter-img via data-src, falling back to data-manga-src and src, and skip non-http values.
