Add Toonkotsu as an English source (17+, matches the sites default selections) with browsing, search, filters, series details, chapters, Discover sections, and series/chapter deep links.

  1. Chapter lists preserve volume/chapter numbers and scanlator versions. By default, each group keeps its highest-resolution upload, using file size to break ties. Deduplicate Chapters keeps only the primary releases; Upload Size exposes distinct download sizes and adds them to chapter titles (toggle is default off, can be accessed in source settings). Chapters sort by volume, then chapter number, because official releases can restart numbering within each volume.
  2. Reading uses a WebView guest session because the chapter API requires its session cookie. The reader handles signature refreshes and temporary limits with bounded retries. When the site’s human check cannot complete automatically, Pass Human Check in source settings lets the user open a chapter and complete it manually; Reset Session clears the saved cookies.
  3. Chapter opening returns page URLs and encryption keys; images are decrypted individually through PageImageProcessor using AES-CTR. The signed-reader fallback implements the site’s current HMAC and key-wrapping protocol using the secret distributed in its player bundle.

* Fetch genre, theme, content and format tags from the site's facets API for search filters and hidden-tag settings; fixed controls remain in JSON.
* Preserve volume/chapter numbers and scanlator versions, keeping the highest-resolution upload per group by default. Settings can show upload sizes or only primary releases.
* Use a WebView guest session with bounded reader retries and a manual human-check option when required.
* Return page URLs and keys at chapter open, then decrypt each AES-CTR image on demand through PageImageProcessor.
* The signed-reader fallback implements the site's current HMAC/key-wrapping protocol using the secret shipped in its player bundle; protocol changes may require a source update.
* Require Aidoku 0.9.0 and keep source version 1 for the initial upstream submission.

Drop the chapter language, send the types and hidden tags settings with the latest feed request, and enable tag search so a tapped tag is added to the included tags / cleaned some comments in code.

Thanks for the review! 😊 I’ve updated the latest commit to cover all three points: chapters no longer set a language, the latest feed is fixed, tag search is included, and i cleaned up some comments while i was at it. Feel free to let me know if anything else needs tweaking!

matching the website, and the mangadex source, it would be nice to have an additional content rating filter for search that can override the defaults in settings, and an optional "Has chapters" toggle. these are just suggestions for the future though.
