Home, needs you (option A)

One panel, two groups. needs you holds live questions (a chat stopped on consent or a question, a watch that needs somebody) with the amber mark and the digit chips. Under it a dim group line to check · N with the clause finished, nobody has checked it at the right, holding every task whose call is the person's. Landing rows are one line (title, files · age); only the cursor row grows a second line with the report's first sentence and 1 accept 2 not right. Blocking rows sort first, then age. Digits are drawn on exactly one row (the cursor row if answerable, else the top answerable). A landing on to check is not repeated by since you left. On a short frame the group folds to 8 to check · tasks before any needs you row goes.

Tasks place (T3: table left, record right)

Left is a table: fold, mark, name, a state column (always filled: your call, working, queued, waiting, done, stopped, incomplete; a shut fold adds · holds 4), and ONE sort-key column — age by default, cost or files only while sorting by them ("the sort key is the column you see"). A control row replaces the note line: the filter box (⌕ type to filter) on the left and clickable column labels on the right, the sorted one wearing the arrow; s cycles sort, clicking a label again reverses. The tree never flattens; sort is within each level. Every conversation is folded by default; →/enter opens one, and a filter opens the conversations that match. The reason leaves the row: the right pane (frames ≥ 110 cells) is the cursor row's record — title, state · reason, facts line (files · cost · model · age), branch and ground word, the report's first paragraph, up to five files, the verb line with the two answers. Under 110 cells the pane closes and the cursor row grows one dim line state · reason. Under 90 the state column goes.

Also, whichever lane meets them: stopped · stopped said once; engine durations (one call ran 29.24078975s) rounded to whole seconds in internal/session; the ~ tag on conversation roots draws nothing.
