🎨 Palette: Fix keyboard submission for login form

💡 What: Changed the <div> element that contained the login form inputs to a proper <form> element. Replaced the onClick handler on the submit button with type="submit", and set the Google Login button's type to "button" so it doesn't accidentally trigger a form submission.
🎯 Why: This improves accessibility and UX by allowing users to submit the login form natively by pressing the "Enter" key, rather than requiring them to manually click the login button. This relies on standard browser form submission features.
📸 Before/After: Visually identical. Functionally, pressing "Enter" now submits the form.
♿ Accessibility: Enhanced keyboard navigation and interaction by restoring standard <form> semantics. Users relying on keyboard or screen readers now have a native, predictable submission flow.
