rss-reader: add filters search and mute rules

Summary

Adds feed filtering tools for focused reading: in-list search, mute rules, and a list-level mute toggle. The settings surface is compact and keeps filter state visible without changing feed subscriptions.

Thank you, @apoapostolov, for the reader layout, keyboard navigation, capture, rich content, media, queue, and filtering contributions across #4–#9.

These changes are now integrated into main through #10. All six of your original commits and authorship are preserved, and the README credits the contribution. The integration also includes optional grading from the final branch.

I added compatibility and regression fixes before merging: the existing plugin/storage IDs remain intact, capture workers use separate download files and validate each redirect, images honor their opt-in, and grading stays bound to the original profile and stops after automatic grading is disabled. Both source and catalog distributions are synchronized.

Validation passed: 25 tests, package and syntax checks, library benchmark behavior checks, a browser smoke test with SDK fixtures, and GitHub CI. Thanks again for contributing this work.
