Update GraphQL reference for categories API changes#335

Align the Merchandising Services storefront categories guide and the Spectaql-generated Merchandising GraphQL reference with the category APIs:
Document
searchCategory, optionalfamilyoncategoryTree, updateddepthbehavior (with vs without startingslugs)Filter out ACCS queries that are not applicable to Merchandising Services.
Fixe the
