• CHANGELOG.md: a new ## Unreleased section, which pin_audit already recognises, records the delivered formal, package, tooling and docs changes. It states the evidence boundary: no semantic disposition changed, compilation covers only the exact statements, and lexical Lean declarations went from 1,946 to 2,053.
