Exclude undocumented/private API schemas and guides using Backend publication metadata, remove hidden MiniMax pages and stale OpenAI Realtime/model-list entries, and serialize publication. Retire the duplicate downstream Docs dispatch path.
Validation: 44 generator/safeguard tests, navigation validation, changed generated-file public artifact validation, actionlint, git diff --check.
Dependencies and rollout: Requires https://github.com/AceDataCloud/PlatformBackend/pull/2073. Full-tree artifact validation still reports pre-existing issues in inactive locales and hand-authored pages; changed generated files pass. No production docs or database writes were run.
Rollback: revert this consumer PR before removing the producer exporter. Independent adversarial review was not requested.
