Incremental adaptation to Backend changes.
Removed Claude Messages metadata.user_id guidance and example from claude/README.md, simplified --metadata help, and added a help regression assertion. Preserved the optional metadata flag, passthrough behavior, and hand-written client because the pinned public Backend OpenAPI still supports it. Only three target files changed; source untouched. AGENTS.md and SKILL.md are absent.
Validation: Passed all 100 offline Claude tests on Python 3.10 with 93% coverage, Ruff lint, Ruff formatting, and git diff --check. Missing test dependencies were installed in an ignored target-local virtual environment; credential loading was disabled and API requests were mocked. Full multi-version CI/build remains the final merge gate. No commits or remote actions performed.
The daily controller merges this validated head after CI passes and GitHub review policies permit it.
