Incremental adaptation to Backend changes.
Updated Claude metadata help and README usage, with regression tests for payload separation, optional metadata, and malformed JSON rejection. Added the OpenAI embedding retirement/reindexing warning to its existing README. Preserved hand-written clients and left private WeWork APIs unexposed; no unrelated changes.
Validation: Verified Backend HEAD matches the pinned revision and reviewed changes.patch, files.json, OpenAPI, publication mappings, README, and CI commands. AGENTS.md is absent from this checkout. Passed: 100 Claude tests with coverage, 8 focused embedding tests, Ruff lint/format checks, README inventory, 2 resolver unittests, and git diff --check. Checks ran on Python 3.10; other CI versions and live API behavior remain untested. No credentials read, billable calls, commits, or source edits.
Normal CI and review are required. This job does not merge PRs.
