Add a non-blocking info banner above the Post-Playtest Survey card explaining what happens when a survey is created: approved (NDA-current) testers get a one-time DM, testers approved later get the link in their approval DM, and it also surfaces on the player's sign-up (status) page. Notes that editing the survey afterward does not re-send DMs. Same compact + Learn more / Show less pattern as the ADT build notice; expanded view uses bold-lead-in bullets for scannability. Adds a test exercising the notice + toggle via the detail-page Survey tab.

Notes that editing the survey afterward does not re-send DMs. Wording cross-checked against PRD §59 / §259 / §335 (the survey is not shown on the public page; recipients are approved + NDA-current, not all participants).
Same compact + Learn more / Show less pattern as the ADT build notice. Admin-frontend only. Adds a test exercising the notice + toggle via the detail-page Survey tab. Admin vitest + eslint green.
