Final release-prep PR before tagging v0.1.0.

Changes

  • Cargo.toml - bump version 0.1.0-rc1 -> 0.1.0
  • README.md - replace the Install section with a short pointer to the GitHub Releases page (avoids duplicating instructions and keeps URLs version-correct). Promote 'Build from source' and 'Shell completions' to top-level sections to match the new structure.
  • .github/workflows/release.yml - add a body template to the release action containing per-platform verify/extract instructions. Mac and Windows are inlined since each has a single recommended target; Linux retains a placeholder for the four supported variants.

Hold merging this until v0.1.0-rc1 validation is complete.

- Bump Cargo.toml version 0.1.0-rc1 -> 0.1.0
- Move install instructions from README into the GitHub Release body
  template (in release.yml). The release page is where users download
  from anyway; co-locating the verify/extract steps with the assets
  list keeps the README concise and the steps version-correct.
- Promote 'Build from source' and 'Shell completions' headings now
  that they're top-level sections rather than Install subsections.
- Replace descriptive intro with action-led tagline matching the
  GitHub About description
- Drop the Current Status section (was apologising for absent
  package-manager support)
- Drop the explicit 'see Build from source below' link since the
  heading immediately follows
- Move supported-target list into Install where it's actionable
