Qué cambia

• public/_routes.json: CSS, JS, fuentes, /assets/*, /brand/* e iconos se sirven sin pasar por el _middleware. Antes cada visita a la raíz invocaba Functions una vez por archivo. El middleware sigue corriendo en HTML y rutas desconocidas (redirecciones de host, envío a Labs y 404 de diagnóstico), así que el comportamiento no cambia. Las cabeceras de seguridad de los estáticos ya están en _headers.
• atm-internal.js v2: guarda en localStorage 10 minutos si la sesión es interna, en vez de llamar a /api/auth/me en cada página. ?v=20261022b para saltar la caché de 4 h de la zona.
