Wiki page titles keep their first word - #52

The generator took a page's title from everything after the first hyphen in its file name. That removed the number when the wiki's pages were named like `01.-Expressions`. The pages lost their numbers in February 2023, and since then it has removed the first word of every name with a hyphen in it: the wiki showed "in F#", "operations", "notebooks" and "expression from string" as headings and in its list of pages. The title is now the whole name with hyphens as spaces, which is how llms.txt already writes it. Against a build of master, the four headings and the four entries in the list change and nothing else on the wiki does.
